Humboldt Bay Aquatic Center is having their annual Family Fun Day at the Humboldt Bay Aquatic Center in Eureka! This event offers a fantastic opportunity for families to enjoy a day on the water. Kayak rentals will be offered at a reduced rate, and children can paddle for free—making it an accessible and memorable experience for all ages.
Participants will have the chance to explore Humboldt Bay with the guidance of local paddling experts and create lasting memories in a fun, family-friendly environment.

8th grade Rummage Sale is June 28th & 29th! If you'd like to donate gently used/new items for the rummage sale, the PMU at Monument Middle is open June 16th-18th, 23rd,& 24th from 10am-3pm & June 25th from 3-5:30pm for donations.
The Redwood Community Action Agency (RCAA) worked with City of Rio Dell, GHD engineers. and Rio Dell Schools on the Eel River Trail project! We celebrated the completion of the project yesterday.

Our kindergarten classes were so lucky to spend part of the day at the Foggy Bottoms Farm and for Cody & Thomas Nicholson Stratton's time and knowledge. We met animals, learned about milking cows, egg washing, and so much more! We also got to visit Jersey Scoops for ice cream. Wow! What a day we had!
The Summer Lunch Program is back starting June 23rd at Rio Dell Fireman's Park from 12-1pm!

We had a wonderful Family Game Night tonight! Many fun board games were played and a delicious dinner from Dominick's Tacos. Looking forward to more of these events next school year.
