*Please have your child there at 5:15 and your child must sit with their teacher for the entire program.
*All TK-5th grade students participate and 6th-8th grade students that are in band or choir.

Eel River Valley Parent Project- This is an amazing program for parents struggling with their children ages 10+. All topics are covered! This is an incredible experience for both parents and service providers who are looking for new tools.

After School Program closes at 4pm THIS FRIDAY, October 20th! The PTO Fall Carnival is this Friday. Dinner starts at 4:30pm and games begin at 5pm.
Some of our middle school students enjoyed a "spooktacular" time during their lunch today with some Halloween snacks and BINGO! These students used $25 of their brain bucks to come. Brain bucks are earned by being on time to school, being kind, respectful, safe, and responsible! Great job & keep up the hard work!
Fortuna Parks & Rec is excited to offer a new drop-in volleyball session for youth ages 10-14 on Sunday nights from 5:30 – 7:30 in the Fireman’s Pavilion (skating rink). The drop-in program fees are only $3 per session!
Just a reminder, today is the last day to buy a wristband for $25! They will be available at the carnival for $30. Tickets will also be for sale at the door. The PTO Carnival is Friday, October 20th! Dinner starts at 4:30, games go from 5-7:30, and the raffle drawing at 8. We hope to see you there!
Spirit Wear ON SALE! Order forms are DUE by November 17th. Spirit Wear will be delivered prior to Winter Break. Please fill out the order form completely and submit payment with form, check or cash. Checks payable to Rio Dell Schools PTO. Order forms will be sent home with each child today.
PTO Fall Carnival Information! Just a reminder that presale wristbands are on sale for $25 through THIS FRIDAY, October 13th in the elementary office! Wristbands are $30 at the door. The PTO Carnival is on Friday, October 20th from 5-7:30pm.

A few other reminders: The RED section at elementary drop off is a NO PARKING zone. Parking there makes it a challenge for traffic. We also have a school dress code in our parent handbook, and I know it has been warm out, but as a reminder please make sure your child is coming to school in appropriate school attire.
