1. IF you prefer the 8X10 SPORTMATE PLAQUE or the 15oz mug, this is the only way to order those. PAPER ORDER ENVELOPES if provided before Picture Day. You can also download and print one here: http://bit.ly/2Zb3sOO (http://bit.ly/2Zb3sOO). Please return these on Picture Day. Your pictures are delivered to the coach/organization in 1-3 weeks.

NOTE THAT Online orders also offer digital DOWNLOADS with no tax or shipping fees. Add a download to get your total over $30 and get free shipping on your prints. MAKE SURE TO check out the PACKAGES which have better pricing for multiple size and pose bundles. You'll need to select a GROUP picture; they aren't added automatically. Prints and Specialty items will be shipped via USPS Surepost. If your address isn't recognized, consider using an alternative address. AGAIN, SPORTMATE PLAQUES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE VIA PAPER ORDER FORM. If YOU SIGN INTO THE ONLINE GALLERY, you'll be notified when pix are uploaded and READY to view/order. ADVANCE PAY MODE is BEFORE pix are taken and edited/uploaded. It is not necessary to advance pay however if you do, you receive 10% OFF entire order regardless of advance credit AMOUNT purchased. This will cover more than the tax implemented on print orders.

RCAA and the City of Rio Dell wish to invite the Eagle Prairie School community to join a fun & festive clean-up at the future Eel River Trail location
Thank you to Les Schwab for donating brand new backpacks with school supplies in them! Parents, we still have about 10-15 backpacks available. If your child needs one, please come ask for one in the elementary office. First come, first serve.
Thank you to the Rio Dell Police Department for visiting our students and passing out positive pencils! Officer Crystal Landry played "hot shots" with some of our students and won both games! Go Officer Landry! Our students loved playing this interaction.
Forms went home with your child to purchase preorder wristbands for the PTO Fall Carnival! $25 preorder or $30 at the door. Wristbands allow your child to play all of the carnival games as many times as they'd like. There will be a few stations that will need money, like cotton candy and snow cones, that wristbands will not cover. Preorder wristband order forms are due to the office by October 4th!
We need your help! Are you able to help for 1 hour for our PTO Fall Carnival on October 11th? We need helpers from 5-7:30pm to help with a carnival game. If you have high school students, this is a great chance to get them volunteer hours!
With the help of the Community Schools grant, the STEAM Museum came into town for our kindergarten through 6th graders to learn and have fun with hands-on activities! They had a blast!
The 4th & 5th graders will be selling Trick-or-Treat Baskets soon! $16 each

8th grade Cornhole Fundraiser on Saturday, September 21st, games begin at 12pm.
90% of the funds will go towards the 8th graders! Lost Coast Cornhole is hosting this event outside at Eagle Prairie’s play area. We need 30 teams- $40 per team- to sign up!

FREE Sports Physicals Friday, August 30th 7:45-9:45am. Parent is NOT required to attend, but must have the forms filled out and signed and paperwork needs to be turned into either office BEFORE Friday, so we have your child on the list! Sports Physicals are needed for all students wanting to participate in a school sport and are good for one year.
